Specialist in Humanities/International Services Visa

Activities engaging in services, which require knowledge pertinent to jurisprudence, economics, sociology or other human science fields or to engage in service which requires specific ways of thought or sensitivity based on the experience with foreign culture, based on a contract with public or private organizations in Japan (excluding the activities described in the "Professor", "Artist" and "Journalist" column and excluding the activities described in the "Investor/Business Manager", "Legal/Accounting Services", "Medical Services", "Researcher", "Instructor","Intra-Company Transferee" and "Entertainer" columns).

 

Requirements for apply

＊  Activities related to knowledge pertinent to jurisprudence, economics, or sociology：

�@ possess a degree based on such field or

�A have knowledge regarding the field at the same or greater level of studying the degree, or have a work experience in the field more than 10 years.

�B receive at regular stated, adequate compensation which the amount must be greater than the ones if a Japanese person takes the position

 

＊  Activities engaging in other human science fields or to engage in service which requires specific ways of thought or sensitivity based on the experience with foreign culture, based on a contract with public or private organization in Japan：

�@ engaged in translating, interpreting, clothing and accessories, furnishing or other subjects similar to those

�A possess a work experience in the field more than 3 years

(exceptions may occur)

�B receive at regular stated, adequate compensation, which the amount must be greater than the ones if Japanese person takes the position

2.   A copy of Employment agreement and Notice of appointment which indicates activities of the organization, the length of the contract, wage rate, level of the position and others significant information

3.   A leaflet which shows activities of the company

4.   the documents which displays that the candidate meets the requirement

(If the applicant is a substitute)

5.   An envelope with \380 stamps on

5.   Tax declaration certificate of a residents’ tax and tax payment certification which also shows annual revenue and payment status.

6.   A letter of the reason for the apply
