Activities to commence the operation of international trade or other business, to invest in international trade or other business and to operate or manage these businesses, or to operate or manage international trade or other business on behalf of foreign nationals (including foreign Investor/Business corporations; hereafter in this section "foreign national" includes "foreign corporation") who have begun such an operation or have invested in such a business (excluding the activities to engage in the operation or management in the business which are not allowed without the legal qualifications).

A) Required documentations

1.   Passport picture (4cm×3cm)

2.   CV and other copies which show your background

3.   A copy of passport

 

B) Required documentations supplied by organization

1.   Application for Certificate of Eligibility　

2.   the certificate of registered matters of the company

3.   A copy of updated financial statement

(If the business is newly set up, a copy of business plan for the upcoming year is also required)

4.   The company’s leaflet

5.   A list of full time employees (except for the applicant)

6.   A copy of Certificate of Employment and Employment Agreement

7.   A copy of Resident’s card or a copy of certificate of the residence

8.   A copy of employment insurance that shows the employees’ insurance have been paid

9.   A copy of the office’s leasing contract

10. Pictures of the office (inside and outside)

11. Register of shareholders

12. Documentations that clearly state the amount of investment

13. Written statement of reasons for application
